Work done, no invoice
The shift was worked, but the invoice was never sent. A month later, nobody remembers.
Dirigent — a system for small companies
Not a website, but a system: it tracks hours, prepares invoices and reminds late payers. You always make the final decision.
The shift was worked, but the invoice was never sent. A month later, nobody remembers.
Chasing payment is awkward and there is no time for it. Overdue amounts quietly grow.
Who worked where, and for how long, is collected by hand at the end of the month.
You only get the full picture of the company if you sit down and recount everything yourself.
A real case
First check, covering three months (June–August 2026). We only read the data — nothing was changed in the company's software.
Time tracking is now being introduced there: employees log their shifts on their phones, and the owner sees everything on one page.
An example with made-up data for one month.
The main rule: the system prepares, you decide.

We look at your hours, invoices and payments and show you where money is being lost. We change nothing.
We launch the first module — the one that closes the biggest gap.
We add only what pays for itself. No huge year-long project.
A monitor makes sure everything keeps working. A short report comes to your phone.
Each module brings its own benefit. You take only what you need.
Employees log their shifts on their phones — you see who worked where, and for how long.
Draft invoices based on hours worked, and reminders to late payers. Sent only after your "yes".
Incoming emails and enquiries are sorted, with a draft reply ready for each one.
The essentials, briefly, on your phone: what is done, what is overdue, what needs your decision.
We connect to the tools you already use: accounting, scheduling, email.
If you need a website, enquiries from it go straight into the system, not into a forgotten inbox.
Emails, invoices, prices, deleting data — only after you confirm.
The system runs on your side; we do not take your data to our servers. GDPR data protection from day one.
Every part has a monitor. If something goes wrong, you know straight away.
Each external tool is connected through a replaceable adapter: you can switch it without losing data.
We do not build brochure websites or show demos for the sake of demos. We introduce systems that save hours and find money.
The price depends on the size of your company and the number of modules. Guide prices:
